Returns due to a change of mind are not permitted.
Returns are only allowed in the case of defects occurring during manufacturing or transportation.
Please inspect the product upon receipt, and if there are any issues with its appearance, notify us immediately.
It is recommended to conduct a thorough inspection within 14 days of receiving the product to identify and report any defective items.
Only exchanges for the same product are allowed.
A transaction receipt or invoice is required for returns and exchanges.
The product quality guarantee period is 1 year from the purchase date.
In the case of exchange due to product defects, logistics and transportation costs will be covered by the manufacturer 'Ecowell.'
